This came just one day after the Seoul Metropolitan Police Agency assigned the case to the Seongdong Police Station.
Jung's camp compiled the results of suitability polls for Seoul mayoral candidates (conducted by three different agencies) targeting Democratic Party supporters, and produced campaign materials based on these combined results. In response, Assemblyman Kim submitted a complaint to the police on April 7, arguing that "Jung selectively pieced together only the poll results favorable to himself."
