The ceremony was attended by Inseok Jeon, Head of HR at LIG Defense & Aerospace, Saehyun Park, President of Chung-Ang University, and officials from both sides.
Through this agreement, both parties agreed to collaborate in establishing a system to nurture practical talent based on industry demand. The intention is to narrow the gap between university education and the industrial field, enhance the higher education model, and thereby simultaneously strengthen corporate competitiveness and advance the industry.
In particular, the two sides will jointly promote everything from curriculum design to field-oriented education operations. Through this, the company expects to secure specialized personnel who can respond to rapidly changing industrial environments, while the university is anticipated to advance its industry-academia cooperation model. For students, after completing the program and passing the selection process, their graduation will be directly linked to employment opportunities.
Inseok Jeon, Head of HR at LIG Defense & Aerospace, stated, "Securing outstanding talent lays the foundation for future corporate competitiveness," adding, "We hope that this agreement with Chung-Ang University will serve as a cornerstone for nurturing talent that will lead the future of the defense industry."
