"Invest Here with RIA"…KB Asset Management Unveils Customized ETF and Fund Lineup
Recommendations Include New Growth, Shareholder Value, and Strategic Industry Index Strategies
KB Asset Management has introduced a lineup of fund and exchange-traded fund (ETF) investment products to support the reinflow of overseas investment funds into the domestic market, coinciding with the launch of the 'Domestic Market Return Account (RIA)'.
On March 27, KB Asset Management announced that it has developed a tailored lineup of investment products according to investment preferences, including ▲New Growth ▲Shareholder Value ▲Traditional Active ▲Strategic Industry Index strategies, to respond to the structural growth of the domestic stock market and the trend of enhancing corporate value. The RIA system offers up to a 100% exemption on capital gains tax for investors who sell overseas stocks held before December 23 of last year, transfer the funds into the designated account, and invest in domestic stocks for at least one year.
Firstly, for the 'New Growth' strategy, KB Asset Management recommends the 'KB Korea New Wave' fund and the 'RISE Korea Strategic Industry Active' ETF. These products focus on structural growth industries such as artificial intelligence (AI), digital transformation, and eco-friendly energy, aiming to capture both policy benefits and growth potential.
For the 'Shareholder Value' strategy, the company suggests the 'KB Shareholder Value Focus' fund and the 'RISE Large Cap High Dividend 10TR' ETF. These products target companies with strong shareholder return policies such as increasing dividends and share buybacks, and also focus on the potential revaluation of undervalued, high-quality stocks expected to benefit from government amendments to the Commercial Act.
Under the 'Traditional Active' category, KB Asset Management presents the 'KB Korea Star Equity Fund' and the 'RISE AI Semiconductor TOP10' ETF. The distinguishing feature of these two products is their flexible investment in leading domestic blue-chip stocks and growth stocks centered on semiconductors, enhancing their ability to respond to market changes.
Lastly, for the 'Strategic Industry Index' strategy, the featured product is the 'KB BBIG Plus Index' fund. This fund tracks the government’s key strategic industry index, which includes batteries and ESS (B), bio (B), internet and AI (I), K-culture such as gaming (G), as well as the hydrogen economy and 5G. Its advantage is that it provides diversified investment across future domestic industries while reducing individual stock risk.
