Until now, SMEs facing technology theft disputes with large corporations had no recourse other than legal action. The problem is that even after investing significant time and resources to win such cases, SMEs have still found it difficult to recover their losses. Industry insiders emphasize the need to establish a voluntary foundation for win-win cooperation, allowing large corporations and SMEs to seek solutions without resorting to legal battles.
