View original imageThe 11th class of Yangpyeong County Civil Complaint Monitors consists of a total of 113 members. About 70 members attended the appointment ceremony, where they also received training on the roles and directions of the monitors.
The Civil Complaint Monitors present opinions from the residents’ perspective on county government issues and major policy tasks. They also gather diverse feedback to improve systems and enhance administrative services.
In particular, as a communication channel connecting residents and the administration, they are expected to play an important role in improving policies and administrative services.
Through the appointment of the 11th class of Civil Complaint Monitors, the county aims to establish a more systematic foundation for gathering public opinions and further strengthen resident participation in local governance.
Additionally, the county plans to actively review and reflect the collected feedback to enhance the effectiveness of administration and increase residents’ satisfaction.
