Nuri House Establishes 6.2 Billion Won Dedicated Venture Fund for K-Beauty Brands
Integrated Support for Investment, Marketing, and Distribution
A dedicated venture fund has been established to provide one-stop support for investment, global marketing, and distribution to K-beauty brands. The fund aims to help K-beauty indie brands with great ideas and product potential but lacking capital, marketing execution capabilities, and access to distribution channels to grow rapidly.
Nuri House announced on the 24th that it has successfully established the "Helios Nuri Gongbang Venture Investment Association No. 1." Strategic investors (SI) and major institutions (LP) with a deep understanding of K-beauty participated as contributors, and the target amount of 6.2 billion won was raised within five months since the fund was launched in October last year.
The key feature of this fund is its "fully-integrated execution structure," which connects directly to Nuri Lounge (a marketing platform) and Nuri Glow (a global distribution infrastructure) as soon as an investment is made. Brands that receive investment are instantly integrated into Nuri House’s entire infrastructure and provided with packaged support to enter U.S. distribution channels. In addition, the database of over 500,000 creators and campaign performance data from Nuri Lounge are directly applied to the invested brands, and a route for overseas expansion through global distribution infrastructure is also secured.
Nuri House plans to make its first brand investment based on the fund within the first half of this year and to gradually expand collaboration with specialized K-beauty venture capital firms and global partners. From the second half of this year, the company will also release actual campaign performance results of the invested brands in the U.S. and Southeast Asian markets.

Baek Aram, CEO of Nuri House, stated, "We aim to create a structure in which K-beauty brands pioneer the global market on their own and share growth opportunities fairly, and to present a new growth model for the overall domestic beauty industry through a platform ecosystem where capital, content, creators, and brands circulate in a virtuous cycle."
