In the recent pre-sale market, the brand reliability and business stability of construction companies are becoming key criteria for residential selection. Building on this brand credibility, Woomee Construction plans to launch sales for ‘Gangneung Woomee Lynn The Premier’ in April, located at 1048 Songjeong-dong, Gangneung-si, Gangwon Special Self-Governing Province. The complex will consist of 10 buildings, 21 floors above ground and 2 floors underground, and a total of 772 residential units.
The Songjeong-dong area, where the complex will be located, is emerging as a new residential district in Gangneung, following the supply of approximately 6,000 brand apartment units in recent years. The area offers good accessibility to the existing city center, and the newly established residential complexes are expected to improve the local living infrastructure, leading to ongoing changes in the living environment. Additionally, it boasts a pleasant natural environment adjacent to Namdaecheon Stream and Songjeong Beach.
Gangneung Woomee Lynn The Premier features a variety of community facilities that lead the local residential culture, including the largest community facilities in the area. Some unit types feature expanded kitchen layouts to maximize living space utility, dual-aspect living rooms, and 1+1 dressing rooms, all of which enhance the sense of spaciousness.
The unit distribution by exclusive area is as follows: 534 units at 84 square meters, 120 units at 117 square meters, and 118 units at 125 square meters. Approximately 31% of all units are mid-to-large sized, exceeding 85 square meters of exclusive area, creating a differentiated residential offering focused on larger unit types within the region.
The education environment is also excellent, with Dongmyeong Elementary School located right in front of the complex, enabling students to walk to school. Within a 1.3 km radius are Hansol Elementary School, Dongmyeong Middle School, Gyeongpo High School, and Gangneung City Library, ensuring a superior academic environment.
