Sancheong County Holds "Dream Ground Sancheong" to Support Youth Career Exploration
Four Young Local Professionals Share Career Insights Based on Real-World Experience
Lecture Videos to Be Produced and Used as Educational Materials
On March 18, Sancheong County held the "Dream Ground Sancheong" lecture program at the Sancheong Culture and Arts Center for local youth and residents.
This event was organized to introduce young professionals working in a variety of fields within the region, providing youth and young adults with practical opportunities to explore career paths and offering guidance on building a foundation for settling in the local community.

View original imageFour young practitioners, each active in different sectors of the local community, participated as speakers and shared their career stories based on real-world experience. The main topics included: examples of activities combining environmental maintenance and the arts, expanding regional value through national park preservation, case studies in museum management and planning, and utilizing lifelong education to vitalize the community.
The participants conveyed their experiences and challenges in their respective fields, as well as the sense of fulfillment and potential they have found while living in the region, providing youth with a deeper understanding of career choices that goes beyond mere job information.
One student who attended the lecture commented, "Seeing firsthand examples of people applying their expertise in the local community helped me with my own career planning."
Sancheong County plans to produce individual videos of the lectures, each approximately 15 minutes long, and upload them to online platforms for use as career education materials in schools and the local community in the future.
