GH Offers Unsold Units for Random Selection at Godeok Jayeon&hausD in Pyeongtaek
Gyeonggi Housing and Urban Development Corporation (GH), in collaboration with Daebo Construction, is recruiting applicants for unsold units at 'Godeok Jayeon&hausD (Jayeon & hausD),' which is supplied as part of a public sale project with private sector participation.
'Godeok Jayeon&hausD,' located in Block A4 of the Pyeongtaek Godeok Internationalization Planning District, consists of seven buildings with one basement floor and 23 above-ground floors, totaling 517 units.
This offering includes 45 remaining units with an exclusive area of 98 square meters. Notably, due to the price ceiling system, the sale prices are set between 560 million and 629 million won.
Applications will be accepted in person at the Godeok Jayeon&hausD model house on March 21.
The resident selection and winner announcement will take place on the same day at the application site, while final contracts with eligible applicants will be completed on March 27.
