This order is GS S&D's first of the year and its second supply in the Busan area. In 2022, GS S&D launched 'Songdo Xi Le Ne The Ocean' in Busan for the first time, which was completed in March last year.
The project involves the construction of two buildings with 284 residential units and neighborhood facilities, spanning from two basement floors to 36 above-ground floors. Construction is scheduled to begin in July 2027, with a total construction period of 38 months.
The contract value for this project is approximately 109.1 billion won, equivalent to about 7.9% of GS S&D's sales last year.

Starting last year, it secured orders such as a 10.4 billion won multi-family housing project in Kimnyangjang-dong, Yongin; the Euljiro 3-1, 2 District Office Building (184.4 billion won); the Maporo 5 Redevelopment Project (230.8 billion won); and the Mangwon-dong Moa Town project in Mapo-gu (152.2 billion won).
