The service offers features such as: 'Refrigerant Leak Prediction,' which detects abnormal temperature changes early by analyzing data from air conditioner and refrigerator compressors and temperature sensors, thereby identifying signs of refrigerant leakage in advance; 'Fine Door Opening Diagnosis,' which determines subtle door openings—undetectable by refrigerator sensors—based on changes in internal temperature and cooling patterns; and 'Oil Deposition Prediction,' which anticipates and provides management guidance for reduced heat exchange efficiency and air conditioner performance due to oil or dust build-up on the heat exchanger. This service is currently available in over 120 countries, including South Korea.
Through the 'Remote Diagnosis for Home Appliances' service, users can proactively manage device malfunctions, extend the lifespan of their appliances, and save both time and costs by resolving issues remotely.
The 'Remote Diagnosis for Home Appliances' service has also acquired the 'AI+ Certification' from the Korean Standards Association, receiving high marks in overall quality, including AI model performance, software product quality, and AI reliability. In addition to this service, Samsung Electronics holds a total of 17 'AI+ Certifications'—the most in South Korea—for major home appliances such as refrigerators, washing machines, and air conditioners.
