Tovis Passes Preliminary Review for KOSDAQ Spin-Off Relisting
The KOSDAQ Market Division of the Korea Exchange announced on March 12, 2026, that it has approved the preliminary listing review for the spin-off and relisting of Tovis.
Tovis, a manufacturer of monitors and displays, plans to spin off its automotive electronic display business unit and relist it as Neoview.
In November last year, Tovis announced its decision to split the company, stating that after the spin-off, the surviving company, Tovis, will continue to operate its casino monitor business and other segments. The effective date of the spin-off is scheduled for July 1, 2026, but it may be changed by a resolution of the board of directors of the spun-off company.
The spin-off ratio between the surviving company Tovis and the new company Neoview has been disclosed as 0.6463178 to 0.3536822.
