National Heritage Administration Completely Revamps Official Website... Enhanced Accessibility with Customized Interface
Intuitive Design Enhanced with Government Design System
Public Online Event Launches from March 5
The National Heritage Administration announced on March 5 that it has completely revamped its official website to enhance public convenience. The redesign was based on the results of a design preference survey participated in by approximately 750 people last year, implementing a user-oriented interface tailored to demand.
The most notable change is the improvement in user convenience. Frequently accessed menus such as national heritage search, statistics, event and performance information, and civil service requests are now placed on the main page to reduce the number of clicks required. The intuitive menu system enables users to find desired information quickly and accurately. A National Heritage Administration official stated, "We will advance our digital administrative services through regular system inspections and content updates."

To promote the website renewal and encourage usage, the National Heritage Administration is running the public online event “Spread the Word and Celebrate” until March 19. Users who leave their feedback through the notification window on the main page will have a chance to receive a mobile gift voucher: ten participants with outstanding feedback and forty randomly selected users will be chosen. The winners will be announced at the end of this month on the website and notified individually.
