Samil PwC Launches Renewed Management Diagnostic Kit Tailored for Startups
Online Management Assessment and Growth Strategy Design
One-on-One Consultations and Visualized Reports
Comparative Analysis Data with Industry Peers Provided
Samil PwC announced on March 4, 2026, that it has released an improved version of its "Management Diagnostic Kit," designed to help startups directly assess their management status and develop growth strategies.
The new version incorporates automation, data analysis, and visualization technologies, significantly enhancing user convenience and analysis quality. First launched in 2023, the Management Diagnostic Kit was developed for all startups aiming to reach the pre-unicorn stage. Samil PwC explained that it contains practical experience and insights to help companies objectively identify management, financial, operational, and investment challenges faced from the early stages of business through scaling up.
This diagnostic kit consists of a total of 57 questions across six key areas: strategic planning, investment attraction, finance, operations, accounting, and taxation. Users can complete the self-assessment in about 15 minutes via mobile or PC. The results are provided in a visualized report that clearly displays the company's strengths and areas for improvement. Comparative data with industry peers and similarly sized companies is also available. The kit presents prioritized improvement tasks, actionable recommendations, and growth stage-specific guidelines to support immediate internal decision-making. If needed, one-on-one consultations with Samil PwC experts can be requested.
The Unicorn Support Center at Samil PwC, which developed the Management Diagnostic Kit, has been running booths and providing consultations and networking at major startup events—including Fly Asia, Comeup, AI Expo, Semiconductor Exhibition, AFPRO (AgriFoodTech Startup Fair), and RoboWorld—since its establishment in 2021. Leveraging its accumulated corporate database and hands-on experience, the center has built a diagnostic system that reflects the actual growth patterns and needs of startups.
