Up to 30 Million Won in Planning Costs Provided per Project
The Busan Institute of Science and Technology for Higher Education Promotion (BISTEP, President Kim Youngboo) announced that it will be accepting applications for new tasks under the '2026 1st External Cooperation R&D Planning Support Project' until March 20, 2026.
The External Cooperation R&D Planning Support Project is being implemented to increase the attraction of national funding by regional R&D entities. Its aims include enhancing competitiveness and the likelihood of securing funding for projects by providing planning cost support, education to strengthen R&D planning capabilities, and consulting on planning reports.
This year, the project will be divided into two categories: Advanced Strategic Demand Type (total project cost of at least 5 billion won) and Corporate Support Type (total project cost of at least 500 million won), with approximately 30 planning tasks to be selected in total.
In the first call for proposals, depending on the total project cost and evaluation results for each task, up to 30 million won will be provided for planning costs under the Advanced Strategic Demand Type, and up to 15 million won for the Corporate Support Type.
