The city will provide administrative and financial support necessary to carry out the project.
Dalbit Children's Hospital will operate seven days a week, providing pediatric outpatient care from 6:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m. on weekdays, and from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. on weekends and public holidays.
Chamjoeun Union Clinic will operate from Wednesday to Sunday, while Chamjoeun Pediatric and Adolescent Clinic will be responsible for operations on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Saturdays, aiming to minimize gaps in medical service.
Additionally, in line with the operation of Dalbit Children's Hospital, two partner pharmacies—365 Iljeongseong Pharmacy and Chamsarang Pharmacy—will participate, establishing a system that allows for convenient preparation and purchase of necessary medications after consultation.
Dalbit Children's Hospital is expected to help reduce emergency room overcrowding and lessen the burden on guardians utilizing medical services, thereby contributing to the expansion of essential pediatric medical infrastructure in the region.
