He also listened to the difficulties faced by about 15 environmental officers who were on site and offered them encouragement.
Dongjak District halted trash collection from the 14th to the 16th during the Lunar New Year holiday period, but kept the cleaning situation room running at all times to respond quickly to various civil complaints such as illegal dumping, thereby working to minimize any gaps in sanitation services. From the 17th, trash collection returned to normal operations so that residents could resume their daily lives without disruption as soon as the holiday ended.
Meanwhile, during the Lunar New Year holiday, Dongjak District implemented a comprehensive holiday plan, including operating Dongjak Star Park in the new district office building, designating medical clinics, hospitals, and pharmacies that would remain open, and offering free access to parking facilities, so that residents could spend a safe and comfortable holiday.
