The inspection covers a total of eight items: engine oil, automatic transmission fluid, brake fluid, brake pads, coolant, air-conditioning filter, battery, and tires. During the campaign period, customers can visit any of the more than 380 Chevrolet service network locations nationwide to have their vehicle safety status checked, and they can receive a 20% discount when changing engine oil.
Chevrolet plans to strengthen its operating system across the entire process from maintenance reservations to post-service follow-up in order to provide a consistent customer experience. After the inspection, the company will also run a promotion in which 1,000 customers who enter the event and agree to receive marketing communications will be selected by lottery to receive a mobile fuel voucher worth 50,000 won.
Additional benefits will be offered at showrooms for customers taking delivery of new vehicles. Customers who take delivery of a Trax Crossover or Trailblazer by the 28th of this month will receive an engine oil coupon, which can be used for one year from the date of issuance.
A Chevrolet official said, "We will provide stable service through standardized maintenance processes," adding, "Through systematic support, we will create an environment in which customers can use their vehicles with peace of mind in their daily lives."
