Paradise City Earns 4-Star Rating from Forbes Travel Guide for 7 Consecutive Years
Maintaining 4-Star status after fastest domestic listing in 2020
Luxury boutique hotel Art Paradiso also for three consecutive years
Paradise City and Art Paradiso announced on the 12th that they received a 4-Star rating in the 2026 Star Awards, selected by Forbes Travel Guide, a global luxury hotel rating organization.
Paradise City, the integrated resort located on Yeongjong Island in Incheon, has maintained its 4-Star rating for seven consecutive years with this latest recognition. Through 2026, Paradise City remains the only integrated resort to be included in Forbes Travel Guide’s rating program. Opened in 2017, Paradise City received a 4-Star rating from Forbes Travel Guide in 2020, achieving this recognition in the shortest time among domestic hotels after opening.
Known for its rigorous evaluation standards and often referred to as the "Michelin Guide of the hotel industry," Forbes Travel Guide evaluates luxury hotels, restaurants, spas, and cruises around the world. This year marks the 68th edition of the Star Awards. More than 95 countries worldwide fall within the scope of Forbes Travel Guide’s evaluations. The judging criteria number around 900, and based on these, results are announced in three tiers: 5-Star, 4-Star, and Recommended.
Paradise City earned high scores in several evaluation items, including Departure Service, Fitness Service, Guest Service Request, Housekeeping Service, and Hotel Dining. Art Paradiso, Paradise City’s luxury boutique hotel, also maintained its 4-Star rating for the third consecutive year. In addition, it received the VERIFIED Responsible Hospitality certification awarded by Forbes Travel Guide. This certification comprehensively evaluates levels of ethical management, environmental protection, and fulfillment of social responsibility.
