View original imageThe Goyang Cultural Creation Hub is a facility established to foster content companies in Goyang City. It operates space-support offices for tenants in 4-person and 6-person rooms (195 Baekma-ro, Ilsandong-gu) and a virtual office that provides a business registration address.
Eligible applicants are startups and prospective entrepreneurs in the content sector within 7 years of founding. Final tenant companies will be selected through document screening and presentation evaluations, with preferential treatment given to, among others, companies certified as venture businesses.
Under this announcement, the hub will recruit two companies for space support and additional tenant companies for the virtual office. Space-support tenant companies will receive an exclusive office space for an initial period of 6 months (up to 3 years, with separate usage fees), while virtual office tenant companies will receive a business registration address free of charge for 1 year (up to 4 years).
In addition, tenant companies at the hub will be provided with convenience facilities such as a coworking space, a chroma key studio, and an unmanned parcel storage locker, and will also be connected to various nurturing programs, including customized consulting, education, and networking.
