HL D&I Halla is once again rolling out its premium residential brand "EFETE" across the country this year.
The "EFETE" brand, which was newly renewed in April 2024 under the slogan "Everyone's Favorite, Complete," had been applied to 11 housing complexes nationwide by the end of last year.

An industry official said, "While the EFETE brand is targeting presale demand mainly in the Seoul metropolitan area, a new EFETE-branded complex is being introduced in the old downtown of Bucheon, where expectations for urban transformation are high due to multiple development benefits, and this is drawing strong interest," adding, "The complex also offers a strong educational environment that allows children to commute to school safely, as well as convenient commuting conditions to and from Seoul, so it is likely to attract significant attention from people in their 30s and 40s who carefully consider location, brand, and product quality."
