XPLUS Says It Completed Business Restructuring Last Year, Will Fully Accelerate Growth Momentum in 2026
Mobile accessory specialist manufacturer XPLUS announced on the 9th that it has completed the reorganization of its business portfolio as of last year and plans to enter a full-fledged growth phase starting in 2026.
According to the company, last year was a period focused on preparing to diversify its growth engines. Although the performances of its B2C subsidiaries have not yet been fully reflected in the results, the company concentrated its capabilities in the early stage of these businesses on building organizations and planning products. Based on its subsidiaries Signalwave and Egg Clinic, the company streamlined the organization, distribution, and operation processes of its Egg Cosmetic business, thereby laying the groundwork in preparation for a full-scale rollout starting in 2026.
In particular, Egg Cosmetic is planning to launch a new product in April this year, in addition to the existing derma-cosmetic line of Egg Clinic, and intends to use this as an opportunity to expand its distribution network and diversify its product portfolio.
Signalwave plans to fully implement a system for launching new products on a single-SKU-per-month basis starting in the second quarter of this year. While existing K-beauty brands have focused their communication on ingredients and functions, Signalwave is putting forward a differentiated "Sensory-First" strategy that strengthens the sensory elements felt throughout the entire experience before and after using the product.
In particular, it has set as a core task the development of product designs and textures optimized for short-form content environments such as TikTok and Instagram Reels. The company is designing a product experience in which the entire process, from unboxing to use, becomes content, and it is incorporating elements from the product planning stage that take into account the potential for spread on social media, especially among North American Gen Z and Millennial consumers.
In its existing core business of mobile accessories, the company has expanded its product categories by launching new products such as a "Genshin Impact" game edition in 2025, while also strengthening its existing product lineup. Through this, it has broadened its business scope into IP-based content-converged product lines and focused on building a product portfolio with future growth potential.
Starting in 2026, XPLUS plans to aggressively drive top-line growth by fully rolling out tie-in promotions utilizing its owned IP and, in its existing mobile accessory business, by securing a wider range of B2C products such as cosmetics and food and diversifying its distribution channels. The company expects that as B2C businesses are added on top of the stable revenue structure of the mobile accessory business, the consolidated performance structure will also be able to improve step by step.

A company representative said, "For 2025, rather than focusing on short-term performance expansion, we will concentrate on restructuring the overall business structure of our mobile accessory and cosmetics businesses and building a foundation for growth," adding, "In 2026, with the full-scale launch of new B2C products, we will not only achieve tangible contributions to performance but also create long-term growth momentum."
