Eligible applicants are small business owners operating business locations in Daejeon City whose annual sales in 2025 are less than 104 million won and who can provide proof of business expenses such as rent and utility bills. Each business can receive up to 300,000 won.
For joint businesses, only one representative can apply, and even if one person operates multiple businesses, support is limited to one business.
Applications are accepted online through the Daejeon Credit Guarantee Foundation website from 10:00 a.m. on the 9th until 6:00 p.m. on March 31. To reduce congestion at the beginning of the application period, an odd-even system based on the last digit of the business registration number will be applied, and from the 19th, applications can be submitted regardless of odd or even numbers.
For small business owners who have difficulty applying online, in-person applications will also be accepted starting on the 19th, and applicants must bring the required documents when applying in person.
The process consists of identity verification, completing the application form, and submitting supporting documents, followed by a review of eligibility. Applicants will be notified by text message when their application has been received and when payment has been completed. The grants will be paid sequentially within two weeks from the date of application.
Daejeon Mayor Lee Jangwoo said, "I hope this management recovery support grant will help small business owners who are struggling due to management costs and the economic downturn," adding, "Daejeon City will continue to promote various support programs to stabilize small business management and revitalize the local economy."
