Lotte Himart Wins Top Excellence Award
Lotte Himart is enhancing customer convenience by offering a wide range of services through its "Himart Safe Care Service," which goes beyond home appliance sales to include repair, cleaning, relocation and installation, and warranty insurance.
One notable example is the launch last June of the "Pre-Installation Inspection Service" to help prevent trial and error when installing large home appliances, as well as the "Home Appliance Discomfort Inspection Service," which addresses inconveniences that may arise during appliance use.
In July, Lotte Himart became the first in the domestic retail industry to receive official Apple certification and began offering "Apple Authorized Service Agency Reception" at 89 major stores nationwide. Including 21 stores where official Apple service centers are already located, a total of 110 key outlets now handle Apple repair service requests. For the first time in Korea, an Apple-exclusive "Pre-Diagnosis Solution" has also been introduced to identify the type and cause of malfunctions in advance.
In addition, last May, the company launched the "Himart Subscription" service. Under the slogan "Lifetime Care for Appliance Life," Lotte Himart offers subscription services for a variety of domestic and international appliance brands, including Samsung Electronics, LG Electronics, Apple, Roborock, and Dyson.
