President Kim Namil of Gyeongbuk Cultural Tourism Organization: "Listening Closely to On-site Voices Is the Start of Service Innovation"
'CEO Customer On-site Voice Listening' Event
Andong Lake Golf Club, operated by the Gyeongbuk Cultural Tourism Organization (President Kim Namil), announced that it held a 'CEO Customer On-site Voice Listening' program on December 26 to hear directly about customers' actual experiences and to enhance service quality.
This program invited eight customers who visited the golf course most frequently in 2025, allowing the CEO to play a round of golf with them and listen directly to their feedback on discomforts during facility use, suggestions for service improvements, and evaluations of course conditions. This approach enabled the management to understand customers' needs in real time and to immediately set directions for improvements.

Customers who participated in the program responded positively, saying, "It was refreshing and sincere to have the CEO personally join the round and listen to our opinions," and "The transparent explanation of the golf course's management direction increased our trust."
Based on the feedback collected during this program, the golf course plans to strengthen course management, optimize cart routes, upgrade customer convenience facilities, and improve the reservation system, implementing these improvements in stages.
Meanwhile, the organization has been promoting various initiatives to support the recovery from large-scale wildfires that struck northern Gyeongbuk early in the year and to revitalize local tourism demand, including accommodation-linked discounts for wildfire-affected areas (total discount amounting to 34 million won), the operation of 'Surprise Round Day' events (over 30 cumulative sessions), and the Coral Reef Safe campaign.
