Gyeonggi Tourism Organization to Host AI Video Contest Until January 26 Next Year
The Gyeonggi Tourism Organization is hosting the "Gyeonggi Tourism International AI Video Contest" to showcase the diverse attractions of Gyeonggi Province to the world using generative artificial intelligence (AI) technology.
Held under the slogan "AI-deas to Promote Gyeonggi," this contest aims to incorporate the latest trend of generative AI technology into tourism marketing, with the goal of discovering creative and original content that stands out from conventional videos.
The contest topics are divided into four categories: ▲ Domestic Gyeonggi Tourism ▲ Overseas Gyeonggi Tourism ▲ Gyeonggi DMZ ▲ Gyeonggi MICE. Participants must select one of these topics and submit a video of at least 10 seconds and up to 3 minutes in length, created using generative AI technology for at least 60% of the total content, by January 26 of next year.
The total prize pool is approximately 70 million won, with the grand prize winner (individual or team) receiving 10 million won.
Entries will be evaluated based on topic relevance, effective use of AI technology, creativity, visual quality and completeness, and audience engagement. The selected winning entries will be actively used as promotional content to introduce Gyeonggi Province to the world through the Gyeonggi Tourism Organization's YouTube and social media channels.
