[Personnel] Lee Boryong Appointed President and CEO of Hyundai Steel
Hyundai Motor Group announced on December 18, 2025, that it has conducted its year-end executive appointments and promoted Lee Bor-yong, the CEO-designate of Hyundai Steel, to the position of President and CEO.
President Lee Bor-yong was born in 1965 (age 60) and holds a bachelor's degree in Metallurgical Engineering and a master's degree in Business Administration, both from Yonsei University.

He has served as Head of the Production Technology Center (Executive Director) at Hyundai Steel, as well as Head of the Research and Development Division (Senior Executive Director), Head of the Sheet Metal Business Division (Vice President and Senior Executive Director), and Head of the Production Division (Vice President).
