Discussion on Transforming Jukdo Island into a Tourism Resource
and Revitalizing the Jwagwangcheon Local Garden

The main agenda items included strategies for transforming Jukdo Island into a tourism resource and revitalizing the Jwagwangcheon Local Garden, both of which are key initiatives for Gijang County. The participants reviewed the progress of each project and offered a variety of opinions to develop effective strategies that reflect local characteristics and residents' needs.
At the conclusion of the meeting, Hong Seongryul, Chairman of the Military Administration Policy Advisory Committee, stated, "I hope that the opinions discussed today will be thoroughly reviewed and reflected in the implementation of the projects," urging the relevant departments to take proactive administrative action.
Governor Jung Jongbok said, "The committee's advice will serve as a valuable foundation for guiding the future direction of Gijang County. I appreciate the passion and interest of the committee members and ask for your continued cooperation for the development of our county administration."
The Military Administration Policy Advisory Committee is operated to strengthen direct communication with residents and incorporate their opinions into county policies. At the request of Gijang County, the committee discusses major issues and plays an important role in setting the direction for various policies promoted by the county.
