KVHS Supports Wonju Veterans' Families with Kimjang for 8th Year, Helping Them Have a Warm Winter
The Korea Veterans Health Service (Chairman Yoon Jongjin, hereinafter referred to as KVHS) announced on the 11th that it had delivered kimchi for kimjang and winter blankets to the Veterans Hall in Wonju City on the 10th for local national veterans and their families.

View original imageFor this sharing initiative, goods worth a total of 6 million won, including kimchi for kimjang and winter blankets, were provided to 90 veterans' families in Wonju, who were recommended by the Gangwon Western Veterans Affairs Office and the Wonju Veterans Organizations Council.
Since 2018, KVHS has been carrying out an annual "Winter Sharing Activity" to bring warmth to the hearts of veterans' families in the Wonju area. Notably, all items delivered to veterans' families through this initiative are sourced from local small businesses, playing a virtuous role in revitalizing the local economy.
