View original imageThe Cultural Academy is a flagship educational program of the Namyangju Cultural Center, providing citizens with high-quality humanities lectures and local history education. It has established itself as a hub for nurturing cultural leaders in the region.
The graduation ceremony was attended by Mayor Joo Gwangdeok, Kim Kyungdon, Director of the Namyangju Cultural Center, the 3rd class graduates, the alumni association president, and about 60 other participants, making it a meaningful occasion to celebrate the successful completion of the Cultural Academy.
The 3rd Cultural Academy course began in March and continued through December, producing a total of 41 local cultural leaders. The curriculum covered a wide range of topics, from lectures on historical figures and culture of Namyangju to practical knowledge such as artificial intelligence in daily life and Trend Korea, receiving a highly positive response.
The event began with a string quartet performance, followed by an academic report, congratulatory remarks, presentation of certificates, an awards ceremony, and a development fund donation ceremony.
