Goal to Expand Across All Industrial Complexes by 2027
With thousands of government support programs launched every year, is there an easy way to find out which ones to apply for and how? The Korea Industrial Complex Corporation unveiled 'KICXUP Bizmoa' in December last year, an AI-based corporate support platform that recommends customized government programs to companies that lack the time and personnel to sift through scattered information.

Based on this analysis, it automatically recommends thousands of support programs operated by more than 400 organizations, including government ministries, local governments, and public institutions. This system enables AI to find information that companies previously had to search for themselves.
According to the Korea Industrial Complex Corporation, as more data has accumulated since Bizmoa's launch, the accuracy of its matching algorithm has continued to improve. Currently, Bizmoa integrates a database of 52,379 companies and 266,735 support program records. In line with this trend, the number of service users is also rapidly increasing. From January to November this year, the platform recorded a total of 13,708 visitors, and there have been 71,985 cases in which companies received support program recommendations through Bizmoa.
This year, Bizmoa evolved into an "AI-powered one-stop platform" by introducing an automatic AI business plan generator and a policy finance service called 'Bizmoney.' Now, users can not only receive support program recommendations but also draft business plans and access financial support information all in one place.
The AI business plan feature allows users to input their technologies and announcement details, after which generative AI automatically drafts a business plan. As a result, the time required for drafting, which previously took two to three days, has been reduced to less than a day, and companies are responding positively, saying that their administrative burden has eased. The policy finance service, Bizmoney, analyzes a company's credit indicators and financial data to recommend a variety of financial support options, such as policy funds, loan limits, and guarantee products. This service is expected to particularly ease the funding burden for small business owners and micro-enterprises with fewer than 10 employees.

The Bizmoa booth introduced the platform's core features-automated corporate support matching, AI-based business plan drafting, and policy finance recommendation services-through hands-on experiences, attracting significant interest from visitors. It was evaluated not only as a public AI innovation service but also as an open corporate support platform with potential to serve the general public.
The Korea Industrial Complex Corporation aims to develop Bizmoa into a data-driven platform that supports the entire corporate lifecycle. The plan is to go beyond simply providing information by integrating functions such as support program matching, automatic AI business plan generation, policy finance recommendations, small business-specific filtering, UI/UX improvements, and mobile optimization, thereby building a data-driven support infrastructure. Ultimately, the vision is to shift the overall framework of corporate policy so that AI proactively proposes suitable programs to companies before they even start searching for information.
In the short term, the Korea Industrial Complex Corporation plans to further refine the system and enhance the accuracy and consistency of its data by utilizing on-site feedback and data collected during service operation through next year. By 2027, the goal is to enter the service stabilization phase and fully establish Bizmoa throughout all industrial complexes.
Lee Sanghoon, President of the Korea Industrial Complex Corporation, stated, "Bizmoa is the first attempt to comprehensively solve the fragmentation of administrative, financial, and technological support for industrial complex companies through AI," adding, "We will continue to expand services that provide real benefits to corporate activities."
