The graduation ceremony was held on the 8th in the main conference room of City Hall. Approximately 100 people attended, including Mayor Yuk Donghan, Jeon Sangjik, President of the Korean Association for Resident Autonomy, Eom Sangpil, President of the Chuncheon City Resident Autonomy Council, and Hong Hyeongdeuk, Professor at Kangwon National University.
