Gyeonggi Transportation Corporation held the '2025 Active and Innovative Competition Performance Sharing Meeting' at the corporation's training center on December 5. This event was organized to share a variety of innovative achievements and ideas submitted by employees and to spread a culture of innovation throughout the organization.

View original imageThis year's competition focused on three areas: system and work improvement, data-driven innovation, and ESG and social value realization. A total of 31 proposals were submitted. Through an internal review, the corporation selected nine outstanding proposals: three teams for departmental excellence, three teams for departmental encouragement, and three individuals for personal excellence.
During the performance sharing meeting, the selected outstanding proposals were presented, showcasing improvements achieved in actual work settings as well as creative and innovative ideas.
Yang Wooseok, Acting President (Executive Director), stated, "The creative attempts and innovative efforts of our employees are the core driving force that enhances the corporation's competitiveness," adding, "We will continue to actively encourage autonomous innovation activities to strengthen the organization's overall innovation capabilities."
Gyeonggi Transportation Corporation plans to use this performance sharing meeting as an opportunity to expand the on-site application of outstanding proposals and to continuously promote various programs aimed at establishing a practical culture of innovation.

Since its establishment in 2020, Gyeonggi Transportation Corporation has promoted various transportation services, including Ddokbus (an on-demand transportation service in the province), Ddokta (a MaaS integrated mobility platform), ITS advancement, operation of Gyeonggi-do public buses, the city bus public management system, and transportation fare support for children and youth. The corporation will continue to work toward building a sustainable transportation system under its mission to "enhance residents' mobility rights and happiness through safe and convenient transportation services."
