Korea Exchange Appoints Kwak Bongseok, CEO of DB Securities, as Outside Director
Kwak Bongseok, CEO of DB Securities, has been appointed as an outside director representing the industry at the Korea Exchange.
On December 5, the Korea Exchange announced that it held an extraordinary general meeting at its Seoul headquarters and appointed CEO Kwak as an outside director. His term will be three years.
Born in 1969, CEO Kwak graduated from Korea University with a degree in law and has served as CEO and President of DB Securities since 2023.
