In collaboration with the K-MOOC Participating Institutions Council, the fair was held for universities and institutions attending the '2025 K-MOOC Participating Institutions Council Winter Conference.' The event brought together a total of around 150 participants, including universities, related organizations, and AI courseware demonstration companies.

The event featured the following programs: ▲ Introduction to the Higher Education Edutech SoftLab Establishment and Operation Project (Hallym University Edutech SoftLab Project Group); ▲ Introduction to the 2025 Second Semester AI Courseware Higher Education Curriculum (Hallym University Edutech SoftLab Project Group); ▲ Introduction and hands-on experience of AI courseware for higher education (Freewillin, Plang, Cheongun Information).

Kan Jinsuk, Deputy Director of the Edutech SoftLab Project Group and planner of the fair, stated, "This fair was an opportunity to introduce the Edutech SoftLab project and AI-based courseware currently being promoted in the higher education sector, as well as to share innovative educational cases utilizing these resources." She added, "We expect that the fair will provide a platform to explore new possibilities for higher education that edutech can open up."

Meanwhile, the 'Higher Education Edutech SoftLab Establishment and Operation Project' is a government initiative aimed at connecting higher education institutions with edutech companies to develop and utilize edutech suitable for public education. In 2024, Hallym University was selected as the first institution nationwide, and is currently operating 34 AI education courses in collaboration with 24 universities and 11 demonstration companies.
