Gyeonggi Province to Significantly Revamp 'Child Anytime Care Platform'... Service Begins on the 5th
Gyeonggi Province is set to significantly revamp its 'Child Anytime Care Platform' to enhance the convenience and accessibility of child care services.
On December 4, Gyeonggi Province announced that it will add a wide range of new features to the Child Anytime Care Platform, the province's flagship child care system that allows children aged 12 and under to access emergency care services at their desired time and location. The province will begin operating the residents' page (www.gg.go.kr/always360) starting December 5.
The new platform has evolved beyond a simple application portal to become a comprehensive system that integrates the entire child care process, including application, matching, usage, and post-service management.
The platform now includes features such as caregiver allowance applications, electronic employment contracts, and workforce management between city and county hub centers and caregivers. Administrative tasks for caregivers, which were previously handled via paper or individual contact, have been computerized, greatly reducing the administrative workload.
New features have also been added to allow regular and temporary care reservations at child care facilities in the province, such as Community Child Care Centers and Local Children's Centers. The 'Anytime Daycare Center' service, which was previously operated mainly through a call center, has also been upgraded with a real-time online reservation system.
The family care allowance process has been fully computerized, from beneficiary management and activity monitoring to payment calculation, improving work efficiency. Personal information protection and security features have been strengthened, and call center and platform integration now enables systematic management of consultation histories.
In addition, the platform's comprehensive information provision function, which integrates child care resources and parenting support policies, has been enhanced. Users can now easily and quickly access customized information based on location, age, and type, improving information accessibility for residents.

Kwon Moonju, Director of Child Care at Gyeonggi Province, stated, "Through this second phase of advancement, the platform has become more than just an administrative system-it now serves as a core digital system for child care that residents can truly experience." He added, "Gyeonggi Province will continue to improve and manage the platform to address gaps in care and provide a better environment for raising children."
