Police Refer Man in His 50s to Prosecution in Custody for Weapon Attack at Gangnam Art Academy in Seoul
A man who wielded a weapon at an art academy in Gangnam District, Seoul, has been handed over to the prosecution while in custody.
On December 2, the Seoul Gangnam Police Station announced that they had referred a man in his 50s, identified as A, to the prosecution in custody on charges of attempted murder for an incident that occurred on November 27.
According to police, A is accused of stabbing and injuring a woman in her 20s with a weapon at an art academy in Gangnam District at around 11:50 a.m. on November 21, before fleeing the scene.
