T'way Air to Recruit New Employees for General Positions... Applications Open Until the 10th
T'way Air announced on December 2 that it will publicly recruit new employees for general positions.
New hires for general positions will first work at domestic airport branches for a certain period, after which they will be assigned to departments such as Human Resources, Marketing Planning, Financial Accounting, Public Relations, Route Planning, Business Planning, and domestic and international airport branches.
Applicants must have already graduated or be scheduled to graduate by February next year, and must meet one of the following English proficiency requirements: a TOEIC score of 700 or higher, TOEIC Speaking IM2 or higher, or OPIc IM2 or higher. Preference will be given to candidates with strong foreign language skills or advanced computer skills. In addition, applicants must have no restrictions on overseas travel.
Applications must be submitted by 10:00 a.m. on December 10. The recruitment process includes a document screening and competency test, first-round interview, and second-round interview, with successful candidates joining the company after January next year. Detailed schedules for each stage will be announced to candidates who pass each round.
