Eunhee Cho Assumes Office as Director of Daegu Regional Environmental Office: "Will Actively Address Regional Environmental Issues"
Following a personnel appointment by the Ministry of Climate, Energy and Environment, Eunhee Cho (age 55), former Director of the National Institute of Chemical Safety, assumed office as the 38th Director of the Daegu Regional Environmental Office on December 1.
Director Eunhee Cho began her public service career after passing the 32nd National Technical Examination and has held various positions, including Director of Environmental Health Policy Division, Director of Chemical Substances Division, Director of Land and Environment Policy Division, Head of the Chemical Safety Planning Team, and Director of the National Institute of Chemical Safety at the Ministry of Climate, Energy and Environment.
Director Cho is expected to contribute to resolving environmental issues in the Daegu and North Gyeongsang regions, drawing on her extensive work experience and expertise developed at the Ministry of Climate, Energy and Environment.
