Kiwoom Securities Recruiting "18th Customer Panel"
Kiwoom Securities announced on November 28 that it will be recruiting the "18th Customer Panel" until December 7, as part of its efforts to practice customer-centric management through communication with its clients.
The customer panel has been recruited since 2017 to listen to customer feedback on improving Kiwoom Securities' financial products and services, as well as on financial consumer protection. Since last year, Kiwoom Securities has expanded the recruitment of the customer panel from twice a year to four times a year in order to hear from a broader range of customers.
Only Kiwoom Securities customers who have traded ELS/ELB, domestic bonds (exchange-traded, over-the-counter, short-term bonds), or overseas bond products within the past year are eligible to apply for the 18th customer panel.
A total of 90 participants will be recruited on a first-come, first-served basis, with 30 customers selected for each financial product category.
Selected panel members will be able to suggest topics related to ELS and ELB, domestic bonds (exchange-traded, over-the-counter, short-term bonds), and overseas bond products of Kiwoom Securities from December 8 to 14. Various opinions on each product topic can be submitted via the dedicated customer panel email.
Customers who are selected as panel members and submit their feedback will receive a small gift. Among them, those who provide outstanding feedback will be given separate awards for each financial product category.
Ha Seungseon, Chief Consumer Protection Officer (CCO) of Kiwoom Securities, said, "We have received a lot of help in improving systems for financial consumer protection from our customer panels so far," adding, "We plan to continue actively listening to the opinions of the customer panel, so we ask for your interest and participation in the recruitment of the 18th customer panel."
