Worker in His 50s Dies at Coupang Logistics Center in Gwangju, Gyeonggi Province
A male worker in his 50s collapsed and died in the early morning hours at a Coupang logistics center in Gwangju, Gyeonggi Province, prompting a police investigation.
According to the Gwangju Police Station in Gyeonggi Province on November 26, at around 2:04 a.m. that day, Mr. A suddenly collapsed at the Gwangju 5th Logistics Center.
Mr. A was transported to a nearby hospital but was pronounced dead.
It is reported that Mr. A, who was a short-term contract worker, was moving items from a forklift onto a cart at the time of the incident.
Mr. A was scheduled to work from 6:00 p.m. the previous day until 4:00 a.m. on the day of the accident.
