Professor Changwon Pyo graduated from the Korean National Police University and earned his master’s and doctoral degrees from the University of Exeter. He has served as Associate Professor in the Department of Public Administration at the Korean National Police University, Professor at the College of Criminal Justice at Sam Houston State University in the United States, President of the Asian Association of Police Studies, and as an advisory committee member for the Scientific Investigation and Criminal Psychology Committee of the National Police Agency and the Korea Institute of Criminology and Justice.
