The main survey items included awareness of Gyeonggi Transportation Corporation’s name and projects, experiences and satisfaction with its transportation services, service quality evaluation, and future directions for improvement and publicity.
The survey results showed that the corporation received the highest ratings for having a "convenient public service institution" and "an organization contributing to social development," indicating that the identity of the public transportation services provided by the corporation largely aligns with residents' expectations. On the other hand, awareness of the corporation's individual projects was found to be low, and the majority of respondents answered that "there is a need for service-oriented introductions that residents can directly experience."
Based on the survey results, Gyeonggi Transportation Corporation plans to systematically analyze residents' experiences with transportation services and their demands for improvement, and to use these insights to develop effective business improvements and enhance the quality of public transportation services. In addition, the results will be actively utilized in future publicity strategies, service improvement policies, and the discovery of new projects.
Min Kyungseon, President of Gyeonggi Transportation Corporation, stated, "This survey is significant in that it allowed us to directly hear the opinions of the residents regarding the corporation. As this is the first awareness and satisfaction survey conducted since our founding, we will deeply reflect residents' opinions and do our utmost to establish ourselves as a public transportation institution dedicated to serving the people."
