The project section spans approximately 500 meters, from 808-12 Cheongpyeong-ri to 128-8 Cheongpyeong-ri, an area densely populated with major tourist attractions such as Cheongchun Station 1979 and the former Cheongpyeong Inland Fisheries Research Institute. Previously, this area had been criticized for its lack of nighttime lighting, resulting in low visibility and making it difficult for residents to walk safely.
To address these issues, the county officially launched the project in February this year. The core of this specialized street creation is "harmony with nature." A continuous flow of light called the "Green Line" was established to enhance the urban green axis, and specialized landscapes were created to strengthen the area's symbolic identity.
Additionally, warm-toned landscape lighting was installed in the pedestrian rest areas along the Jojongcheon Stream, creating a stable and pleasant nighttime atmosphere that harmonizes with the waterfront environment.
