The event was held from November 11 to 13 around Building 5 of the College of Engineering at Dong-A University's Seunghak Campus, supported by the Ministry of Science and ICT and the Institute of Information & Communications Technology Planning & Evaluation (IITP) as part of the 'SW-centered University Project'.

Jointly organized by Dong-A University's College of Software, the Software Innovation Center, and Busan Metropolitan City, this annual event was held for the second time following last year. It has established itself as a flagship program encompassing education, industry-academia cooperation, employment, and entrepreneurship in the AI and software sectors.

This year's event featured a total of 21 programs across six zones: Achievements, Competitions, Employment, Lectures, Promotion, and Events. Major programs included: ▲Fair Day Graduation Project Exhibition ▲DevDay Project Presentation ▲AI/SW New Technology 3EX Project Presentation ▲2025 Vision Mandarine Hack ▲Dong-A Hackathon ▲AI Interview and Aptitude Test ▲SW-centered University Promotion Hall ▲Special Lectures by AI/SW Professionals ▲Entrepreneurship Special Lectures and Consulting, among others.

Students were able to develop their expertise through hands-on activities such as major project presentations, industry-academia collaboration exhibitions, and AI-based recruitment experience programs. In particular, the '2025 Vision Mandarine Hack' hackathon drew significant attention for its original themes and demonstration-oriented project structure.

Students who participated in the event shared positive feedback, such as "Seeing the graduation projects of seniors gave me confidence in my career path," "The AI-based interview experience was very helpful in preparing for employment," "Lectures by corporate and industry professionals were beneficial for career planning," and "I was able to learn about various programs at the SW-centered University Promotion Hall." The satisfaction survey showed a high average score of 4.7 out of 5 points.

The event space layout, movement flow, program operation, and staff responsiveness were also rated highly overall. Event zones such as the AI photo booth and stamp rally attracted significant student participation.

On the final day, a joint awards ceremony was held to celebrate the winners of various competitions, including the hackathon, UCC contest, and character contest, providing students with an opportunity to share their achievements and renew their commitment to new challenges.

Professor Lee Seokhwan, Director of the Software Innovation Center at Dong-A University, stated, "Dong-A University is cultivating AI and software talent required by the local industry through an education model based on 3-Ex (Experience, Exposure, Demonstration). We will continue to expand educational programs in line with the latest technology trends and lead digital convergence innovation in Busan."
