'Healing Miracle' is KB Insurance's flagship social contribution program, which establishes and supports mental health rooms to help firefighters manage their mental health and recover physically. Since launching the initiative in partnership with the National Fire Agency in 2016, KB Insurance has supported the installation of a total of 100 mental health rooms nationwide through this year, contributing to the improvement of firefighters' welfare.
The 119 Aviation Unit of the Seoul 119 Special Rescue Team, where the latest mental health room was established, is responsible for high-risk disaster sites such as large-scale wildfires and mountain rescues. Due to the nature of their work, members face significant physical and psychological burdens. KB Insurance has created a space within the aviation unit where firefighters can rest and stabilize mentally, providing an environment for recovery after emergency dispatches.
Koo Bonwook stated, "I would like to express my deepest gratitude to the firefighters who dedicate themselves to protecting the lives and safety of the public," adding, "We will continue to be a company that puts hope into action through ongoing sharing management."
