Financial Supervisory Service Holds 20th Financial Contest Awards Ceremony, "162 Winners"
A Record-Breaking 3,709 Entries Submitted
The Financial Supervisory Service announced that it held the 20th Financial Contest Awards Ceremony at the Financial Supervisory Service auditorium in Yeouido, Seoul, on November 20.
This contest was organized to raise awareness of the importance of finance and financial education, and to promote financial education in schools. It was supported by the Ministry of Education, metropolitan and provincial offices of education nationwide, and six financial associations.
The 20th Financial Contest received a record-breaking total of 3,709 entries across four categories. Based on the evaluation by a panel of external experts, a total of 162 winners were selected, including 25 recipients of the Financial Supervisory Service Governor's Award, 4 recipients of the Minister of Education Award, 37 recipients of the Superintendent of Education Award, and 96 recipients of the President of Financial Association Award.

Approximately 250 people attended the awards ceremony, including Lee Chanjin, Governor of the Financial Supervisory Service, the presidents of the six financial associations, award recipients, and their families.
