GH to Supply Eight Plots in Yangju Eunnam General Industrial Complex via Private Contracts
Gyeonggi Housing & Urban Development Corporation (GH) will supply eight plots of industrial land within the Yangju Eunnam General Industrial Complex through private contracts.
The industrial land (manufacturing) being offered this time is available for the following industries: ▲ food manufacturing ▲ textile product manufacturing (excluding clothing) ▲ rubber and plastic manufacturing ▲ fabricated metal product manufacturing (excluding machinery and furniture) ▲ other machinery and equipment manufacturing, among others.
The supply price is set at an estimated development cost of 1,997,000 KRW per 3.3 square meters. The plot sizes range from 3,869 to 7,723 square meters, and the supply price ranges from 2,337,310,000 to 4,665,560,000 KRW.
The payment terms allow for equal installment payments every six months within three years. Land use will be permitted after December 2027, the scheduled project completion date. Resident companies can receive support from Yangju City for 10% of the land purchase cost.
Applications for supply will be accepted on a first-come, first-served basis starting at 10:00 a.m. on December 2 at the 3rd floor of GH headquarters. Move-in and sales contracts will be processed sequentially within the year.

The Yangju Eunnam General Industrial Complex is being developed on a 992,361-square-meter site spanning Eunhyeon-myeon and Nam-myeon in Yangju City. With close proximity to the Seo-Yangju Interchange on the Second Ring Expressway in the Seoul Metropolitan Area and the planned Seoul-Yangju Expressway, the complex offers excellent wide-area accessibility to Incheon Airport and other locations, as well as well-established logistics and transportation infrastructure.
