According to the Bupyeong Police Station in Incheon on the 18th, at around 12:23 p.m. that day, a sedan driven by Mr. A, a man in his 70s, sped onto the sidewalk from the exit of a public parking lot in Sipjeong-dong, Bupyeong-gu.

Ms. B's pulse has reportedly returned, but she has not regained consciousness. She is currently being treated in the intensive care unit together with her daughter, C.
The driver, Mr. A, suffered a head injury and was taken to the hospital, but his life is not in danger.
