The county achieved this success by submitting a project to establish a "Smart LED Self-Seedling System for Fruit and Vegetable Crops" and was chosen as a final recipient.
This project was designed to address the issue of poor seedlings caused by pest and disease infections during the seedling stage, which has led to poor growth and reduced yields, significantly impacting tomato farmers.
Once the project is implemented, smart self-seedling facilities using LED (plant growth lights) will be produced and provided, enabling farmers to directly cultivate disease-free seedlings and thereby reducing the risk of pest and disease infections.
